Pneumatic valve operation method

Pneumatic valves are valves driven by compressed air. According to the control method, pneumatic valves can be divided into two categories: switch type and regulating type. Pneumatic switch type valves include pneumatic actuators, valves, manual operating mechanisms, air source treatment triplets, solenoid valves, limit switches, silencers, quick connectors, air compressors, air pipes and other components. The manual operating mechanism, limit switches, air source treatment triplets, silencers, and quick connectors can be freely selected according to on-site working conditions. Pneumatic regulating valves include pneumatic actuators, valves, manual operating mechanisms, electro-pneumatic valve positioners, gas source treatment triplets, mufflers, quick connectors, air compressor air pipes, etc. The manual operating mechanisms, mufflers, and quick connectors can also be freely selected according to the on-site working conditions. Precautions for pneumatic valve operation:

1. When opening a valve, precautions must be taken:

1. Check if the oil pot on the air filter pressure reducer has been filled with lubricating oil;

2. Check if the pipeline is clean; If there are any debris, it is recommended to install a pipeline filter in front of the valve;

3. Then connect to control the origin;

4. Then adjust the air source pressure; Pistons (0.4-0.7) kilograms, thin films (0.1-0.2) kilograms;

5. Turn on the power supply (switch type is voltage) or (regulating type current or voltage signal);

6. Then adjust or control the opening;

2. When closing the valve, precautions must be taken:

1. Cut off control signals (voltage or current);

2. Set the air filtration pressure to zero;

Pneumatic valve operation method:

1. The opening and closing of pneumatic valves are operated in a clockwise direction.

2. The pneumatic valves in the pipeline network should not have too many opening and closing rotations by the staff. Even large diameter valves should be within 200-600 rotations.

3. In order to facilitate the operation of pneumatic valves by staff, the opening and closing torque should be less than 240N-m under pipeline pressure conditions.

4. The opening and closing operation end of pneumatic valves should be square tenon, with standardized dimensions and facing the ground, so that workers can operate directly on the ground. Valves with wheels are not suitable for use in underground pipelines.

5. To ensure that there is no excessive opening and closing, the scale lines for the degree of opening and closing of pneumatic valves should be prominently cast on the gearbox cover or the outer shell of the display panel after changing direction, all facing the ground. When the opening and closing adjustment is accurate, it should be locked with rivets.

6. The opening and closing operation of pneumatic valves in the pipeline network is not suitable for downhole operations.
