First, Q11F two-piece ball valve introduction:
Two-piece internal thread ball valve and butt welding ball valve are suitable for PN1.0～4.0MPa, working temperature -29～180°C (sealing ring is reinforced PTFE) or -29～300°C (sealing ring is para-polybenzene) Used to cut or switch on the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be used for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.
Second, Q11F two-piece ball valve product features:
The internal thread connection ball valve and the butt welding connection ball valve are divided into a single type (one piece), two stages and three stages. The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve cavity is abnormally boosted, the valve stem will not be flushed out. Two-piece, three-piece ball valve connection forms are also available for butt welding (BW) socket welding (SW), and can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platform and locking device. It can be set with 90° switch positioning mechanism, and can be locked according to need to prevent misoperation. Drive mode: manual, electric and pneumatic.

• Actuator:
  Full conformance to the specifications of: ISO5211, DIN3337, VDI/VDE3845, NAMUR.
  The extruded high strength aluminum bodies are precision honed and hard anodized yielding an internal bore surface that can provide low coefficient of friction, smooth performance and a long service life.
  All acting surfaces are fitted with high quality bearings, resulting in low friction, quite and high cycle life.
  The two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can easily and precisely adjust up to ±5º at both open and closed directions.
  Multifunction position indicator with NAMUR standard is convenient for mounting accessories.
  Pre-compressed load springs are convenient for safe mounting and disassemble operations.

• Die-casted aluminum pistons and end caps are high strength and light weight.
  Optional Viton and Silicone seals are available for low and high temperature applications.
